In addition to the professional experiences he obtained in Germany, Italy, Portugal, and New Zealand, Oldřich has developed his culinary skills though the prestigious courses offered by the CIA (Culinary Institute of America). His ten years of experience as Executive Chef at the Ambiente Restaurant have made him an excellent culinary manager. He has been gifted with the talent of being able to motivate the entire team to be truly interested in the culinary arts and commitment. He is a great supporter and promoter of Czech cuisine. He is the co-owner, leading his team since it´s opening in the autumn of 2006.
After finishing his studies at the School of Hotel Management and Tourism he attended a language course in Peterborough, UK. He has developed his professional skills and gained experience in the Michelin restaurant Allegro at the Four Seasons Hotel, where he has been working for 6 years. He completed the Remarkable Service course at The CIA (The Culinary Institute of America). He is a trainer in the professional education project of gastronomy employees specialising in waiting and service.
She entered gastronomy as early as secondary school in her native Znojmo, and later in neighbouring Austria. However, most of her experience was gained in New York where, while studying English, she worked as a waitress at two Italian restaurants in Manhattan and later as floor manager. She is continuing her education and attends training focusing on perfect service. She has been working at La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise restaurant since October 2010 and as the Restaurant Manager since March 2011.
