Our team of chefs and pâtissiers led by Oldřich Sahajdák prepares two tasting menus consisting of seven courses supplemented with seven amuse-bouches.
In the menu we present traditional meals of Czech culinary art from the end of the 19th century inspired by masterful techniques of the culinary personality Marie B. Svobodová. You can try a shortened menu „après le théâtre“ as well.
The courses vary according to seasonal changes and current offers of Czech producers and organic farms.
Our sommeliers headed by Klára Kollárová set up daily a wine menu well-matched with single courses. This is a non-smoking restaurant.
